In addition to the legal guarantee provided for in article 1641 and the following of the Civil Code, should an article sold not be compliant, it may be returned to KEEP LUCKY at the expenses of the buyer and will be taken back and exchanged after prior agreement.
SARL KEEP LUCKY. declines any liability if the delivery time is too long because of the postal services or in case of strike. No compensation or penalty for lateness whatever the cause or reason or any cause of force majeure can be considered as grounds for claiming. Except for cases of force majeure, the set delivery times do not open any entitlement to an indemnity.
